1. 한국인 재학생과 외국인 유학생 1:1 매칭 활동입니다.

2. 해당 프로그램은 문화체험 활동뿐만 아니라 학습 활동이 포함되어 있습니다.

 - 신청서 작성시, 지원동기, 목표 및 계획에 학습 활동 내용을 반드시 작성해주세요.

3. 개인 신청자는 (서식1) / 팀 신청자는 (서식2) 활용

4. 개인 신청자의 경우 같은 학과 또는 유사 계열 학과 학생이 매칭됩니다.

5. 제출기한: 3. 20.(금) 15:30까지 (오후 3시 30분, 신청자가 많은 경우 조기 마감 가능)

6. 제출방법: 이메일 제출 (kwuiec@kwu.ac.kr) 또는 방문 제출 (국제교류처 정보통신관 4106호)

7. 활동보고서 제출 후, 내부 심사를 거쳐 이수완료 후 활동비 1인당 20만원 지급 예정 (7월 초 예정)

※ 결과발표(2026. 3. 20.(금) 예정) 이후, 단톡방 개설 및 사전교육(OT)이 진행될 예정입니다.

 - 사전교육 예정일자: 3. 23.(월) 또는 3. 24.(화) 중 (오후 예정) 멘토/멘티와 함께, 가능한 날짜 필수 참석

1. This is a 1:1 matching program between a Korean enrolled student and an international student.

2. This program includes not only cultural experience activities but also academic activities.

 - When filling out the application form, please make sure to include overall plans of the activities. 

3. Individual applicants should use Form 1, and team applicants should use Form 2.

4. For individual applicants, each student will be matched with someone from the same department or a similar academic field. 

5. Submission dedline : March 20 (Fri) by 15:00 (3:30 PM)

   (The application period may close early if there are many applicants.)

6. Submission method: submit by email (kwuiec@kwu.ac.kr) or in person

   (Office of International Affairs, Information and Communications Building, Room 4106)

7. After submission of the activity report and internal review, participants who successfully complete the program will receive an activity reward of KRW 200,000 per person.

※ After the results announcement (scheduled for March 20, 2026, Fri), a group chat room will be created and an orientation (OT) will be conducted.

 Mentor and mentee must attend together on an available date.
